Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Apparel Monkey. If you are not happy with your item, you may return it in accordance with the policy below.
Standard Items
You have the right to cancel your order and return standard (non-personalised) items within 14 days of receiving them, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To qualify for a return:

Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

You must notify us of your intention to return within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Once approved, you have 14 calendar days to return the item to us.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Original delivery charges are only refunded if the entire order is returned.
Customised/Personalised Items
Please note that customised or personalised products (including items made to order or printed to your specification) cannot be returned or exchanged unless:

The item is damaged, or

There has been an error on our part in fulfilling your order (e.g. incorrect size, design, or colour compared to what you ordered).
In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or report an issue, please email apparel@apparelmonkey.co.uk with your order number, details of the item(s), and the reason for return.
